Do I need to change my domain or DNS?
In most cases, no action is required from you. If any DNS or nameserver updates are needed, we’ll send clear instructions and provide support to help you through it.
What happens to my existing renewal dates?
Any prepaid time is honoured. Your renewal dates are copied into TrentaHost Billing so you don’t lose any of the time you’ve already paid for.
How do I log in and manage my services?
Once your account is ready, you’ll receive a welcome email from TrentaHost with a secure link to set your password. From there, you can manage services, invoices, and support tickets in one place.
What if I have questions or concerns?
As soon as your client area is active, you can open a ticket directly with TrentaHost Support 24/7/365. We’ll be happy to walk you through anything related to the transition or your services.
